Join Native Fitness and Nutrition (FAN) for pickleball, walking, and other activities in the Minneapolis American Indian Center gym on Tuesdays from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. The activities are open to Native women ages 40+.

Please note, there are liability and informational forms that must be filled out before participating in Native Fitness and Nutrition programming. There will be forms available at each event.

Aunties’ Night Out is part of a grant from Hennepin County and the Minnesota Department of Health to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and improve the health of Native women. The weekly event will run through mid-December 2024.
