The Four Winds Running Club, hosted by Native Fitness and Nutrition, is a safe space for the community to be outside and active together. It is open to all skill levels – whether you’re a seasoned runner or looking to start running and add more movement to your life. The run begins on the riverwalk outside Owamni every Wednesday at 6 p.m. A free shuttle leaves from the Minneapolis American Indian Center at 5:30 p.m. All are welcome.
