The Gatherings Cafe is a community-embraced cafe that encourages living healthy, eating healthy, and education through ancestral knowledge.

The cafe serves fresh, locally grown foods that are Indigenous and prepared in healthy ways. Based in the Minneapolis American Indian Center, the Gatherings Cafe is in the heart of the urban Native community in Minneapolis.

The cafe is closed for renovations.

Gatherings Cafe is temporarily closed while the Minneapolis American Indian Center is undergoing a historic renovation. We appreciate the support as we operate out of a temporary location. The cafe will reopen in its new home on Friday, May 31, 2024. Miigwech / Pidámayaye!

Catering

The cafe is not accepting new public catering requests at this time. Please check back in May 2024.
